How to Order

Navigation of the site has been made as easy as possible. Click on the relevant drop down box and search by brand or type of goods. Once the relevant page opens, simply choose the item, colour and size required and add to your shopping basket. You must be a registered user on the site to complete the sale of the item(s) selected. Complete your order, or continue shopping. Once all of your items are added to the shopping basket, please proceed to the checkout.

We will require the following information: Your name and address for delivery (this must be the same address at which the card used for payment is registered) and also your contactable landline telephone number, mobile telephone number and e-mail address; for contact purposes. All of this information is stored securely.

At this point, if you are not already a registered user, or are not logged in, you will have the chance to register/login. Delivery costs will be displayed in your shopping basket before the final transaction.

Once you are satisfied that all of your details are correct, enter your debit or credit card details and press ‘submit order’. We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order.

When placing your order you must use the address for delivery at which the card used for payment is registered. Failure to do this may result in your order being cancelled.

Payment is taken via HSBC Secure E Payments (look for sign and padlock).

Your credit/debit card number is not stored on our server or our database, so even in the unlikely event that our security was ever breached; your card details will not be compromised.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, for payments.

Overseas customers: your card will automatically convert from Pound Sterling to your own currency, according to your banks own currency exchange rate, and will appear on your statement as ‘Jingo Clothing’.

If, for any reason the item that you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you for either:

  1. A choice of replacement
  2. A later delivery date
  3. Option to cancel your order.

If you have grouped multiple items, but one or more is not immediately available, then items available will be grouped, processed and sent. You will be given the option to cancel the remaining items or receive these as and when they become available.

You may cancel your order if you contact us immediately via e-mail after your order has been placed. Once your payment is taken, or your order is dispatched it becomes subject to our returns policy.

Any goods dispatched will incur processing and postage charges.

Shipping Information

Please see our chart for all postal and shipping charges, both UK and International, together with carriers used, delivery schedules and prices.

Most goods we aim to process same day, but due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control, any delay should be no longer 1-3 days. We will notify you of this.

We ship all goods Monday – Friday (working week) and some orders will be sent Saturday morning. We use Interlink Express as our carriers and shipping (after it leaves us) is next day between 8am to 3pm We need your mobile Number as we use a service with Interlink whereby they will text you the approximate delivery time for your parcel and if inconvenient you can re arrange direct with them by text.. Please note all public holidays and bank holidays are excluded from the above timescales.

All deliveries must be signed for. If you are not in when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave a card stating that the delivery has been attempted. The card will also leave instructions as to what has happened to your package. Should any item be returned to us as a result of failed delivery, you will be charged for added delivery charges.

Expensive or heavier items will be sent by special delivery method or via a courier at no extra charge. We will contact you to arrange this.

Delivery Address

When placing your order you MUST use the registered credit card address. If this security measure is not used, your order will be rejected. This is the only address that will be accepted for delivery.

All details must be accurate including postal codes. We cannot accept any responsibility if any addresses are entered incorrectly or inaccurately.

The United Kingdom includes UK mainland and Northern Ireland. It does not include the High Islands, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Care Taken Processing Your Order

All orders are processed with due care and attention. A minimum of 2 different staff will have processed/picked/checked your garment(s) and then packed your order before shipping to minimise possibility of human error. This will be adhered to at ALL times, no matter how busy.

International Delivery

We regret that we can only deliver to the card billing address on international orders.

IMPORTANT

It is possible is your own country that Customs may impose additional import duties and charges to your goods. This unfortunately is outside of our control and as such, you the customer will be responsible for any such extra charges incurred. If unsure, please check before ordering, and also that there are no prohibitions or restrictions on the goods you are ordering.

All International orders take 1-3 days extra due to the security checking scheduled with our bank.

International delivery timescales vary depending on the country. Next day delivery outside th UK is not available. Below is a ‘guide’ to shipping timescales once goods have been dispatched.

Security Policy

We utilise industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address. We do not store or ask for any Credit Card details. All payments are handled by HSBCs secure payment system. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features:

  1. Authentication - This assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure.
  2. Encryption - This encodes that data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
  3. Data Integrity - this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.

Please note that general e-mail correspondence is not encrypted and is therefore NOT considered a secure means of sending credit card information.

Disclaimer

We do everything that we can to ensure that the content of the website is current and correct. If for any reason any item is out of stock, we will e-mail you to inform you of this fact and you will have the ability to choose another item if you wish, a later delivery date or the option to cancel.

Colours

We do our best to accurately represent colours of the items in the photographs. However we have no control over the settings of our customers' computer monitor and display settings and cannot guarantee that the colours will be exactly the same as they appear on the website. Some products have a distressed or vintage finish resulting in colour variations (this will usually be pointed out in the product description).

Trying On Garments

Please note that when trying on garments for the first time that you ensure you are not wearing any kind of perfume, aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the garment. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. With all items you MUST keep its original packaging, complete with swing tags and price tags (in case of return).

Need a different product/colour/size

If you receive an item and it's not the right size for you or you wish to change for another colour or another product then you MUST:

  1. Place a 'New Order' online and submit the order.
  2. Return the original for a refund (see returns policy for instructions).
  3. E-mail us to notify us of your actions.
